Description: Our doors are made to confirm the performance criteria of BS 476 Part 22 and IS 3614 Part 2, viz. Stability, Integrity and Insulation Door Leaf: 1.2 mm thick GI Sheet and a minimum of 46 mm thick leaf. (Thickness varies with the degree of fire rating and size of door). Two full height vertical, welded or interlocking seams, with horizontal channels welded to the inner and outer skins. Suitable, internal reinforcements provided for hardware. The internal void between the two skins is filled with the proprietary nature core material. The in-fill material varies with the degree of the fire rating Frames: 1.6 mm thick GI steel frame in single or double rebate profile. Fixing is by bolt or expansion fasteners.
